I received the Xtool X100 pad several days ago, but I encountered a problem that it doesn’t support to do my 2009 Ford F150.
There is a way to record the data when there come up with problems.
1.Insert the key and turn on the ignition switch, connect the device to vehicles, then choose USA Ford

4.Click that small pen ““again after the end of the test, Then the pop-up feedback form, and fill in the user information column of contact telephone and mailbox, point “Send” to send.
